QA/QC Introduction
We are the manufacturer and exporter of tin products. Our factory is equipped with hundreds of modernized machines in addition to skilled workers.
Our company is strictly implements in-house quality control for production lines and finished products. We assume that quality control is the main point of the company. We have QC for quality control in production process from printing to delivery. Our materials are food grade with the certifications of FDA, EN71, RoHS, ASTM, Cadmium, Nickel, Phthalates etc.
Moreover, we have partners for the printing with good reputation.
All the printing facilities are come from Japan and using Fuji machines.
The inks are imported and have the MSDS for ink paint and coating for
Tinplates. They are FDA approval, EN71 and RoHS etc. standard.
All of the tin box products are Food Grade Quality.
